BROW FAIRY POLICY

All the deets before booking.

Deposit: A non-refundable 30% deposit is required.  The deposit goes towards your service, and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

-After booking, please email pictures of your eyebrows to browfairy@serenityskins.com 

(without makeup on)

-If you have existing brow tattoo, PLEASE EMAIL US before booking. browfairy@serenityskins.com

-Do not teeze, wax, tint, or preform electrolysis one week before your procedure

-Do not tan one week prior to your procedure, or have a sunburned face

-Don't get any type of facials within 2 weeks before your procedure

-Avoid taking fish oil, or vitamin E oil one week prior to your procedure

(these are natural blood thinners

-Do not get Botox within 2 weeks before AND after your appointment

-Do not use any harsh chemicals around your eyebrow area, such as chemical peels, facial acids, AHAs, BHA, Glycolic Acid, vitamin A, and Retinol atleast 2 WEEKS before your appointment

-You have to be off any type of Accutane for at least a year prior to your procedure

-Avoid aspirin and alcohol the day of your appointment

-If you like, you're welcomed to come in with makeup on your eyebrows the day of your appointment, it'll give me an idea of what you're comfortable with.

-Please arrive on time. After a 15 minute grace period, your appointment is considered cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

The process is about 2 hrs and 30 mins to 3 hours MAX.

Anything after 3 hours, there will be a $50  per hour charge added to your remaining balance.

-No visitors. We love your friends just as much as you do, but we don't have enough space, and sometimes visitors causes distractions

-In NYS, tattooing anyone under the age of 18 is illegal, even with parental consent. You will need to bring in your ID. Without an ID, your appointment gets cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
